I would like to introduce myself. My name is Karenne Boorman , I have been involved in breeding and showing this truly unique breed for around nine years. I started out in the world of Shar- Pei with my friend, and Shar-Pei breeding partner Deb Henderson from ZhongCheng Kennels, together we started on the journey of breeding, showing, loving and learning about these truly magnificent creatures and I am still learning about them today.
I made the decision to obtain my own Kennel Prefix, which is "KAZNPEI" but continue to be heavily involved with the day to day running of the Shar-Pei side of ZhongCheng, as Deb and I still own most of the Pei that were originally purchased together when we first started ZhongCheng Shar-Pei , they have been my family since ZhongCheng was first started and will continue to be, even though I have started my own journey with "KAZNPEI".
I am situated in Paxton in the Hunter Valley NSW. I currently own six Australian Champions, Four Girls and my boys Chi and Char Lee, I have raised , trained and shown these guys since they were babies. Char Lee is the newest member of KAZNPEI, he is my stunning little fawn brush coat boy with a black mask. He is making his mark on the show ring, and he is a pleasure to own and show, he has the best nature, he is very laid back and relaxed.
I have started my breeding program this year 2010, with a litter of three healthy pups, and hope to continue this in 2011, I am breeding for Temperament, Type, Good bone, Good eyes and for Correct conformation in line with the Australian Shar-Pei Standards. All of my puppies are raised inside and will leave with their Dogs NSW pedigree, puppy packs , information on the breed and all information relating to what has been done in raising your new puppy. All of the Adult dogs at "KAZNPEI" have been DNA tested and have their Genetic Technologies Certificate of DNA Analysis.
